In September 2009, we launched our chain of exclusive retail outlets- INTEX SQUARE and have opened 75 stores so far. Our range of products is also available at more than 130 dedicated counters of reputed chains of hyper markets and specialty stores across the nation. We are using the application SAP for the management of sales and service operations, all over India. These solutions are completely web enabled (e-service). For the betterment of sales operation and increase in self dependency, we have started to roll-out our own Virtual Private Network. Also, initiatives for Total Quality Management (TQM) and Business Intelligence have been launched.

Under his leadership, the growth of our organization has seen a substantial acceleration and we have already achieved a turnover of Rs. 32 crores in the 6th year (1992) of our establishment, which was stepped up to 593 crores in the next 8 years (2010), giving a CAGR of 38 % (over last five years) and a growth rate of 2-3 times the industry growth rate.
